needle 'n' thread returns & delivery policy

All sales are final. We may accept returns subject to the following.

1. If goods have been sent incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days to arrange collection.

2. Faulty goods must be returned within seven days of supply clearly indicated without defacing the garment.

3. Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement. You should ring with the list of the goods to be returned.

4. Please note with the exception of faulty goods and mis-ships, Needle ‘n’ Thread Embroidery Ltd will use its discretion whether or not to accept goods for return.

5. Returns will incur a 15% handling charge per garment subject to (a) they are returned to us unused in original packing (other than for the purpose of trying on the garment), (b) there isn't any print or embroidery on the garment. The garments need to be returned within 7 days of delivery.


All orders will be processed within 5 – 7 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Needle ‘n’ Thread Embroidery Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you need your order sooner, we can offer an advanced delivery service which will be chargeable, the date will then be agreed between Needle ‘n’ Thread Embroidery Ltd and the customer. All of the above is dependent on stock availability.
